Combining Old Young’s Pavlova Vodka, Kahlua & Frangelico, then shaken over ice with almond milk to produce a silky & decadent but also light cocktail which you’ll finish to the very last drop.
We stock a range of rotating craft taps all year round, from clean pilsners, hoppy & flavoursome India Pale ales to rich stouts. Check out our beer board next to the main bar for what’s hitting our taps.
An ambitious mix of Chambord & Southern Comfort with fresh mint & tangy lime, followed by dry ginger ale to cut through the sweetness from the spirits, leaves a well balanced cocktail that you’ll enjoy to the last sip.
We like to keep it simple with the classics & the Bloody Maria is no exception. Ketel One vodka, a good splash of worcestershire sauce, tabasco, celery salt & cracked black pepper topped with chilled tomato juice.
We carry a specially selected range of sparkling & Champagne from around the world. From our main favourite Mumm to Perrier Jouet range of White, Rose and Belle Epoque to Dom Perignon Brut, there will be something for every Champagne lover.
A classic Italian cocktail, the Aperol Spritz is one of the best summer cocktails to enjoy in the sun. Light & full of bubbles, Aperol is generously applied to ice with dry Prosecco, a spritz of soda & a slice of orange & cucumber to finish.
For the fans of sour, this cocktail will surely hit the mark. A generous amount of Angostura bitters, offset with orgeat syrup & balanced with lemon juice, shaken vigorously to create a moreish yet delicious punch to all the taste buds.
Congac and tawny port (for a touch of sweetness) form the base for this bubbly, well balanced libation, with just a hint of lemon & simple syrup. The dry aftertaste arrives from the Australian sparkling wine added just at the end. Goes great with a view.
A combination of the best prohibition era spirit, gin or Hendrick’s in this case & the sweetness of peach schnapps, apple juice & cucumber make this one of the most refreshing cocktails on our list. I’ll Be Seeing You – at the bar…frequently.
