We are now recruiting for our Kitchen Summer Team. We have roles available for an immediate start and those due to commence in October & November. These roles form an integral part of our kitchen brigade as we embark on this exciting journey. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated chefs Cooks and Stewards who we anticipate will have worked in a similar roles within the hospitality industry. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and customer service. We are ready to push boundaries in our culinary offering, and celebrate the ocean for which we are surrounded, preparing and presenting in new ways. Food should delight and surprise and our activation’s this year are designed to do just that.
CDPs – Casual & Fixed Term Contracts through to April 2020
3- & 4-Year Commis – Casual Basis up to 38 p/w
